By opting in to the Vigil Health SMS alert program, you may receive the following types of messages:

Yes. Log into your Vigil Health account and update your phone number in settings. You will be asked to re-confirm consent for the new number.
Yes. In your account settings, you can customize which alert types you want to receive (low, high, rapid change, summaries, system notifications).
Check that: (1) SMS alerts are enabled in your account, (2) your phone number is correct, (3) your phone isn't blocking SMS from unknown numbers, (4) you haven't accidentally sent "STOP" to opt out. Contact support at blake@vigil.healthcare if problems persist.

SMS delivery logs are retained for 12 months for audit and troubleshooting purposes. Your phone number is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your phone number is deleted within 30 days.
